Andrea Hicks

Andrea Jean Hicks, 43, of Marysville, passed away early Friday, November 8, 2018 at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center after an extended illness. Born March 12, 1975 in London, OH, she was the daughter of Bruce and Shirley (Yurko) Strickland. Her father preceded her in death December 8, 2014. A 1993 graduate of Marysville High School, she worked at Brookdale of Marysville and attended the Richwood Church of God in Prophecy. She will be dearly missed by those that knew and loved her. Andrea is survived by her mother, Shirley Strickland of Marysville; her daughters, Taylor (Will) Culbertson of Raymond and Riley and Kendal Hicks of Marysville; a grandson, Carter James Culbertson; brothers, Jeff (Peggy) Strickland of Raymond and Anthony (Sheree) Strickland of Jonesboro, AR; sisters, Sheri Strickland of Indian Lake and Angie (Paul) Riddle of Marysville along with several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and many other extended family and friends. Private services will be held at Wilson Funeral Home, Mannasmith Chapel. A graveside service will be held at a later date in the Broadway Cemetery.
