Anna Snyder

December 28, 1919 — May 2, 2015

Anna E. Snyder, 95, of Marysville, died Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Dublin Methodist Hospital with her son at her side. A devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother, Anna was first and foremost a wonderful homemaker. She also worked in housekeeping for 10 years at Memorial Hospital of Union County. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She also enjoyed playing Euchre, cooking and baking, loved animals, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, spending the winters in Florida with her husband and son and was an avid fan of Elvis. Born December 28, 1919 in Kenton, she was the daughter of the late Sheridan and Amelia (Brown) Keller. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Charles R. Snyder; a daughter, Sharon Ward; a sister Mildred James and a brother, Gerald Keller. Anna is survived by her son, Charles Snyder of Marysville; granddaughters, Tonnie Farnlacher and Monica (Duane) Young of Marysville; great granddaughters, Courtney Kerins, Mackenzie Young and Taylor Young and a niece, Kathy James. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at the Mannasmith Funeral Home with Reverend Paul Shultz officiating. Burial will follow at the Oakdale Cemetery beside her husband. Friends may call prior to the services on Wednesday from 12:00-2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to Home Reach Hospice in care of the funeral home.
