Billy Jarrell

Billy J. Jarrell, 77, of Marysville, died unexpectedly Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Memorial Hospital.
A veteran of the United States Air Force, he worked as a review clerk with U.S. Post office in Citygate for 53 years. In his free time, he enjoyed gardening, going shooting and going fishing.
Born July 25, 1941 in Logan, WV, he was the son of the late William and Ocie (Dempsey) Jarrell. In 1968, he married Theresa (Kuhns) Jarrell and she preceded him in death in May of 2013. In addition to his wife and parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Linda Waters.
He is survived by a son, Brian Jarrell of Marysville; daughters, Danielle Jarrell of Marysville and Tammy Hall of Circleville; grandchildren, Mark Jarrell, Mariah Jarrell, Jennifer Jarrell, Madison Robison, Ray Perkins, Natasha Perkins and Tiffany Perkins and a sister, Drema Frye of West Virginia.
Friends may call from 12:00-2:00 P.M. and 5:00-7:00 P.M. on Friday at Wilson Funeral Home, Mannasmith Chapel where funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Saturday. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery where Military Rites will be conducted by the Union County Honor Guard. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.wilsonfuneralhomesinc.com
