Caitlyn Tri

March 10, 1989 — June 14, 2020

Caitlyn A. Tri, 31, of Marysville, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2020 at her residence with her loving family by her side after a hard fought battle with cancer.
With a natural eye for aesthetics, she enjoyed the "do-it-yourself" projects around the house. When not busy with work or working on the house, she also enjoyed baking and playing board games with friends, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
Caiti earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Iowa State University and was working as an interior designer for dHospitality for the past 6 years. She was also a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
Born March 10, 1989 in Winfield, IL, she was the daughter of Gregory Alan and Kathleen Anne (Peppin) Kujawa. On May 25, 2013 in St. Charles, IL, she married her husband of 7 years, Gregory J. Tri and he survives in Marysville. Also surviving is a brother, James (Emily) Kujawa; father and mother-in-law, Steven (Kathryn) Tri and her beloved fur babies, her dogs Stella and Skyy.
A Memorial Mass for immediate family will be held at 10:30 A.M. Saturday, June 20, 2020 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Rev. Father Kevin Kavanagh officiating. Following the mass, a gathering of family and friends from 1:00-3:00 P.M. will be held at Wilson Funeral Home, Mannasmith Chapel. Social distancing will be recommended.
