Cheryl Ann Bass Cheryl Ann Bass, age 52, of Cincinnati, formerly of the West Mansfield area, died unexpectedly Friday, July 22, 2011, at her home. A member of the North Greenfield United Methodist Church, Cheryl loved playing the piano and singing and was especially fond of animals. She was born December 14, 1958, in Kenton to Donald and Rosalie Green Jones. She was preceded in death by her father, and her mother survives in West Mansfield. Survivors also include 2 sons, Dustin (Kelly) Plikerd and Denton (Casey Fischer) Plikerd, each of Belle Center; 4 grandchildren, Dylan, Jillian, Mason, and Kendall; her sisters, Marcia (Steve) Tennant, Kaye Cook, and Kathryn (Larry) Lewis, each of Bellefontaine; her brothers, John (Sue) Jones and Kent (Kathy) Jones, each of West Mansfield; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Reverend Roger Gorden will officiate a private funeral service, and burial will take place at Byhalia Cemetery. No calling hours will be observed.
