Henry S. Richardson, 41, of Marysville, a devoted husband, loving father, and a man of steadfast faith, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at Memorial Hospital of Union County. Born on December 1, 1984, in Huntington, West Virginia, Henry's life was marked by an inspiring blend of professional creativity, passion for his faith, and devotion to his family and interests.
Henry built a fulfilling career in the fields of information technology and digital creation. His most recent project, "The Shadowy Tavern," stood as a testament to his creative vision and technical expertise. Beyond his professional achievements, Henry’s heart belonged deeply to his faith. A man of profound spirituality, he dedicated himself to studying to become a minister, seeking to serve others through his beliefs. His love for music was not only a personal joy but also a ministry; he shared his talents by playing guitar in church and worship settings, and once had the privilege of playing at a Christian Music Festival, spreading encouragement and hope through song.
Those who knew Henry remember him as a kind and welcoming soul, a man who had a unique ability to make others feel at ease and to draw them into his varied interests. Whether engaging in a spirited game of Dungeons and Dragons—where he relished embodying the “good guy”—painting miniature figurines, or cheering passionately as an avid Ohio State Football fan, Henry infused all he did with warmth and enthusiasm.
Henry’s loving family includes his wife, Sandi Lull, who stood by his side through years of health challenges; his children, Maxx Lull and Luna Richardson, to whom he imparted his enduring love of music and faith. He is also survived by his mother and stepfather, Angela and Denver Burton; his brothers, Ronnie Richardson and Clyde Burton; sisters, Jennifer and Renee Burton; stepsisters, Anna and Natasha Burton; a stepbrother, Denver Burton III; his father-in-law, Scott Lull; mother-in-law, Sheila Burchell; and numerous nieces and nephews. Henry was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Richardson.
In keeping with Henry's wishes, no calling hours or services will be held at this time. A celebration of Henry's life is being planned and will be announced at a later date.
