Kathryn A. Miller, 92, of West Mansfield, passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. Born on July 28, 1933, in Middleburg, Kathryn was the daughter of Glen O. and Carrie M. (Grant) Bishop. She was a proud graduate of the last graduating class of Middleburg High School in 1951.
Throughout her life, Kathryn embraced her role as a loving homemaker, dedicating herself to her family. Her unwavering devotion to her loved ones was evident in all she did, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Later in her career, she contributed her talents to Westinghouse and Sieman's in Bellefontaine.
Kathryn was a faithful member of the West Mansfield Methodist Church, where she held various offices and offered her service to the congregation. Additionally, she was formerly associated with the Indian Lake Moose Lodge. In her leisure time, she enjoyed camping at Hocking Hills and had a passion for collecting jigsaw puzzles, activities that brought her much joy.
She is survived by her loving children, Douglas (Rebecca) Miller of Bellefontaine, Tim Miller of West Liberty, Tom (Lynn) Miller of Bellefontaine, Terry (Natalie) Miller of Gahanna, Teresa (Bryan) Crabtree of West Mansfield, Gregg (Tamara) Miller West Mansfield, and Kristy (John) Rose of Bellefontaine; sixteen grandchildren, along with several great-grandchildren.
Kathryn was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Orville W. Miller, whom she married July 25, 1952 in Middleburg and her brothers Barnie, Bernard, Cy, Howard, Jim, Bob, and Jack Bishop, along with her parents, Glen O. and Carrie M. (Grant) Bishop.
A memorial service to celebrate Kathryn's life will be held at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at the West Mansfield Methodist Church 212 E. Center St. West Mansfield. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Wednesday, beginning at 4:00 P.M. at the church. Burial will take place at a later date in the Greenlawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the West Mansfield Methodist Church. Arrangements are being handled by the Wilson Funeral Home, Schnurrenberger Chapel 222 W. Center St. West Mansfield.
