Ora Blevins

Ora Eugene Blevins, 61, of Marysville, died unexpectedly Thursday, July 16, 2015 at his residence. A loving husband, father and grandfather, Ora was formerly a quality control tech with Metal Improvements and loved tending to his garden. Born August 9, 1953 in Columbus, he was the son of the late Ora and Regina (Osbourne) Blevins. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Brenda and a brother-in-law, Robert Riley. On February 2, 1973 in Clintwood, VA he married Ella (Damron) and she survives in Marysville. Also surviving are his children, Bart (Tonia) Blevins of Columbus, Melissa (Chad) Luke of Marysville and Trina (Lonnie) Hicks of Marysville; grandchildren, Amber, Taylor, Brooke, Tyler, Noah, Haley, Michaela, Anthony, Jonah, Riley, Halen, Kendal and Zachary; brothers, Harold and Kent Blevins and sisters, Janet Martz, Darlene Riley and Tonya Blevins. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at the Mannasmith Funeral Home with Reverend Bill Baisden officiating. Friends may call prior to the service from 5:00-7:00 P.M. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. in the Obetz Cemetery, Obetz.
