Patricia Brown

Patricia A. "Patty" Brown, 75, of Marysville, died Friday, July 7, 2017 at her residence with her family by her side. Patty retired from Eljer's Plumbing and throughout her life had also worked for the Ohio Reformatory for Women as a guard, Memorial Hospital of Union County as a nurses aid and waitressed at the Dinner Bell Restaurant and the Midtown bar. She was a member of both CASC and the VFW Post 3320. In her spare time, Patty enjoyed working in her flower beds and most of all she loved spending time with her husband and family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Born December 8, 1941 in Dublin, she was the daughter of the late Elton L. and Elaine L. (Taynor) Webb. On December 19, 1987 she was married to Jerry L. Brown, whom she had been together in life with for 44 years and preceded her in death on February 26, 2015. Surviving is her daughter, Vicky L. (Charles) Morris of Milford Center; grandchildren, Starla (Zach) Alexander and Derek McWilliams; great grandchildren, Alexis, Gage, Delani, Braeleigh, McKenna and Alexa; a brother, Elton L. (Sharon) Webb, Jr., Sandra K. (Ken) Braden and Terri L. Jones all of Marysville; niece, Kimberly (Kreakbaum) Moran; nephews, Ty Webb and Jarrod Jones; great nieces, Carlie and Kayly Moran; sisters-in-law, Sally (Gene) Orahood and Vicki Spain; aunt, Ann Webb; uncle, Bill Webb; numerous other extended family and cousins; close friends, Temple Brown and Rita Taylor and her Facebook family. No calling hours or services will be held at this time and burial will take place at a later date in the Oakdale Cemetery next to her husband. Arrangements are being handled by Wilson Funeral Home, Mannasmith Chapel.
