Sandra Lee Nowlin, 68, of Redmond, Oregon and formerly of Marysville and Columbus, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019 at St. Charles Medical Center in Bend, Oregon.
Born September 20, 1951 in Columbus, she was the daughter of the late Ezra and Clarice (Edwards) Blackburn. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Marianne.
Sandy was a faithful member of the Church of Christ, worked as a government contractor and enjoyed watching sports, especially the Ohio State Buckeyes.
On December 7, 1971 in Columbus, she married Mark Daniel Nowlin and he survives. She is also survived by her son, Charles (Angel) Nowlin of Redmond, OR; and her siblings, James "Lacey," Darlene, Terri and Don.
Friends may call from 12-1 P.M. Monday, December 9, 2019 at Wilson Funeral Home, Mannasmith Chapel where funeral services will immediately follow at 1:00 P.M.
